Our Corporate Social Responsibility, or CSR, refers to the way in which we do our businesses, regulate ourselves in order to ensure that all of our activities positively affect society as a whole. Our CSR policies aim to guarantee that IOTC works ethically, considering human rights as well as the social, economic and environmental impacts of what we do as a business.

By our CSR initiatives we strive to improve the society and contribute towards sustainable development. CSR is our conscience or corporate citizenship. By means of our CSR initiatives we evaluate and take responsibility of impact of our business on a number of issues ranging from human rights to the environment and humanity as a whole.

Our CSR initiatives focuses on achieving economic, social and environmental benefits for all our stakeholders involved (employees, consumers, investors and other groups).
